At this time we are only offering shipping within the continental** United States of America. We are still growing and want to offer the best experience we can. As we grow we will be able to offer more shipping options. If you are outside of the contiguous U.S.A. please send us an email and we will see if we can ship to you.

What if my KrautKeeper™ shows up damaged? 

You will want to take a picture of the damage and send to our email address at Info@KrautKeeper.com. We will work together from there.

Conditions of return

• Buyer can return or exchange this item within 14 days.
• Buyer must return item within 14 days of delivery.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn’t returned in original condition.
• Refund given once item is received.
